Weddings

Weddings are a speciality of ours.

Live music can play a very important role at weddings. We regularly play for both religious and civil ceremonies. From setting the scene for the arrival of guests right up to the last dance, we are able to provide quality music and entertainment throughout the whole day.

We are completely flexible and can tailor to individual requirements. For inspiration here are some key moments we typically play for:

Arrival of guests

Whether it’s a wedding in one of Norfolk’s beautiful churches or stately homes or in a meadow or on the bank of a peaceful river, having live music while guests arrive and take their seats really helps to set the scene before the ceremony begins. Classical music or romantic love songs are a popular choice for this moment.

Ceremony / Service

Ceremonies are such a personal moment. We encourage all of our couples to choose music that is special to them for key moments such as:

Entrance (processional)
Signing of the certificate or register
Hymns
A moment of reflection
Exit (recessional)

Drinks / Champagne reception

After the formalities the photographer often takes some time to get those all important shots. While guests chat and mingle, it is an ideal time for us to entertain. The beauty of live music is that we can tailor our setlist to match the energy of the reception and we often take requests too.

Dinner / Wedding breakfast

Music can provide the perfect accompaniment to a meal. We’re happy to offer the choice of playing music throughout some or all of the wedding breakfast. At this point we often recommend our amplified or electric quartet option.

Evening entertainment

We have several options for the evening entertainment depending on the requirements. Some like a chilled out vibe and to be serenaded into the evening which our acoustic quartet is perfect for. Others prefer high energy and this is where our electric quartet or band are much more suitable. Our professional sound engineer can also provide lights and additional DJ option for late into the evening.

Corporate

Whatever the style of event, we can provide the perfect soundtrack. From classy black tie dinners and balls to upbeat office parties and fashionable venue openings, we tailor our performance to suit the brief. We have many years of experience performing at corporate events and are well equipped to provide the ideal entertainment. Our classic string quartet offers a sophisticated edge while our modern electric quartet really adds the wow factor.
